AC Repair & HVAC Service in Naples, FL

Q: My AC runs constantly but doesn’t cool well. What’s causing this?

This issue is commonly caused by high indoor humidity, restricted airflow, undersized or poorly designed ductwork, dirty or corroded coils, low refrigerant levels, or improper system sizing for larger Naples homes. Comfort Peeps performs airflow, pressure, and performance testing to identify the true cause.

Q: Do you service luxury homes, condos, and gated communities in Naples?

Yes. Comfort Peeps regularly services luxury homes, condominiums, and gated communities throughout Naples. Our technicians are experienced with multi-system homes, zoned HVAC systems, high ceilings, long duct runs, and condo association requirements.

Q: Should I repair or replace my AC system in Naples?

If your AC system is 10–15 years old, has corrosion from coastal exposure, requires frequent repairs, or needs a major component like a compressor or coil, replacement may be the better long-term option. Newer systems may only need airflow corrections or targeted repairs. Comfort Peeps provides honest repair-versus-replacement guidance.

HVAC Challenges Unique to Naples, FL

Coastal & Salt-Air Exposure

In Naples, salt air accelerates corrosion on condenser coils, electrical components, and motors — especially in beachfront and west-of-US-41 homes. Without proper maintenance, systems fail earlier than expected.

Humidity contributes to:

Drain line clogs
Water damage
Mold growth
Reduced efficiency
Comfort complaints even when the AC is “working”

Luxury Homes & Complex Systems

Many Naples homes feature:

Large square footage
Multiple systems
Zoned HVAC
High ceilings
Long duct runs

These systems require precise airflow balancing and performance testing, not just part replacement.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am so happy with the service I received. I called two other companies who either couldn't find the correct part or never showed up. Not only did my technician show up on time, but he was completely courteous, super friendly and quite obviously knowledgeable. He had my heat up and running within moments, and tested my AC too before leaving, and all is well. The pricing I received was was not expensive. I know because of the estimates I received, even for the "no-show" and guy who "couldn't find the part" were vastly more expensive. I highly recommend Comfort Peeps for all your HVAC needs.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Brandon, my service tech was AWESOME! He went into each room & adjusted each AC vent.
Never have I had an AC tech that was so thorough! In addition, he went on the roof where the compressor is located & rinsed coils as salt in the air does so much damage.
He was very personable and answered all my questions.
He is definitely an asset to Comfort Peeps!
