Why does my AC seem to break down more often in Lehigh Acres?

Lehigh Acres homes experience high heat and humidity, long AC run times, older ductwork in some areas, and frequent power surges and outages near roads such as SR-82 and Lee Boulevard. These conditions put extra stress on capacitors, motors, coils, and electrical components, which can cause air conditioning systems to fail sooner without proper maintenance.

How do I know if I should repair or replace my AC in Lehigh Acres?

If your AC system is 10–15 years old or older, has frequent breakdowns, or requires a major repair such as a compressor or coil replacement, installing a new system may be more cost-effective. Comfort Peeps Heating & Cooling will inspect your system and provide both repair and replacement options so you can choose the best solution for your home and budget.

Homes run AC nearly nonstop, especially in summer and early fall.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am so happy with the service I received. I called two other companies who either couldn't find the correct part or never showed up. Not only did my technician show up on time, but he was completely courteous, super friendly and quite obviously knowledgeable. He had my heat up and running within moments, and tested my AC too before leaving, and all is well. The pricing I received was was not expensive. I know because of the estimates I received, even for the "no-show" and guy who "couldn't find the part" were vastly more expensive. I highly recommend Comfort Peeps for all your HVAC needs.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Brandon, my service tech was AWESOME! He went into each room & adjusted each AC vent.
Never have I had an AC tech that was so thorough! In addition, he went on the roof where the compressor is located & rinsed coils as salt in the air does so much damage.
He was very personable and answered all my questions.
He is definitely an asset to Comfort Peeps!
