2. With precision and care, we remove vent covers, occasionally requiring the use of a razor for painted covers. Please note, while we take every precaution, some damage may occur, particularly if vent covers have been painted or caulked to the walls. We cannot assume responsibility for any resulting damage to drywall.

3. Employing the Rotobrush Air Duct Cleaning system—a robust apparatus featuring two HEPA filters, a 35-foot hose, and versatile brush attachments capable of spinning in both directions—we meticulously navigate the hose and brush into each vent. This process effectively dislodges dust and debris, which is then promptly vacuumed into our system’s heavy-duty filter bag.

4. Following the cleaning process, we meticulously clean the vent covers before replacing them securely.

5. Our thorough service extends to cleaning the main trunks and ducts all the way to the air handler system.

6. As part of our comprehensive inspection, we check filters and, if applicable, humidifier cartridges, offering advice as needed.

7. To enhance air quality and eliminate odors, we apply an odor elimination encapsulate throughout your air duct system.

8. Before concluding our service, we invite you to inspect our finished work, ensuring your satisfaction with the results.

When it comes to air duct cleaning, there are two primary methods available.

The first method, as described earlier, utilizes the Rotobrush system. This approach employs a powerful vacuum with two HEPA filters, a 35-foot hose, and various brush attachments to thoroughly clean the ductwork. The Rotobrush system excels in dislodging contaminants and debris from the duct system, ensuring a comprehensive cleaning process. Its ability to create suction right at the point of contact sets it apart from other systems, making it a preferred choice in many cases.

The second method involves a negative air pressure system. This technique relies on creating a strong vacuum to generate suction within the duct system, effectively drawing in dust, debris, and other pollutants. This method is highly effective at removing contaminants, as the negative air pressure extracts air from the ducts. However, it requires a significant amount of motor power to maintain the necessary suction throughout the entire system.

While both systems are available, we typically recommend the Rotobrush system due to its efficiency and effectiveness in most cleaning scenarios.
